Private by design
No account, no sign-up, no cloud. Your client list lives on your device and works fully offline. There is no server that stores your clients, and no ads.
The iPhone app collects no data at all. The Android app can send anonymous crash and usage statistics through Google Firebase, which you can switch off in Settings. See the privacy policy.
Free and Premium
Free: up to 10 clients, with tasks, reminders, notes, tags, calendar, backup and export.
Premium: an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) that removes the client limit, so you can keep unlimited clients. Prices are shown in the app and the store in your local currency. Cancel any time in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.
If you ever stop subscribing, your clients stay. You can still view, edit and export all of them; only adding new clients above the free limit is paused.
Questions
Do I need an account?
No. There is no registration and no login.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Everything works without internet, including reminders.
Where is my data stored?
On your device only. Back it up or export it to CSV or JSON from the app whenever you like.
What does Premium unlock?
Unlimited clients. Free covers up to 10 clients with all other features.
Does it show ads?
No. Not on any plan.
Is there a booking, payments or invoicing feature?
No. Solo CRM is a client book: notes, follow-ups and history. It is not a booking or invoicing tool.
