Solo CRM - Client Tracker (iOS and Android) · Effective 3 November 2026

1. The app

Solo CRM ("the app") is a client book for solo professionals provided by AppKadag ("we"). By using the app you agree to these terms.

2. Your data

Your data is stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups; the app offers free backup and export. We never delete your data automatically. See the privacy policy.

3. Free and Premium

The app is free for up to 10 clients. Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) that removes the client limit. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. If a subscription ends, your existing clients remain available; only adding clients above the free limit is paused.

4. No guarantee

We work to keep the app reliable, but cannot guarantee that it is error free or always available. The app is provided "as is". Keep your own backups of important data.

5. Use of the app

You may use the app for personal or business record keeping. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law or the rules of the app stores. You are responsible for handling your clients' personal data lawfully.

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential obligations and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Changes

We may update these terms when the app changes. The date at the top shows the current version.

8. Law and contact
