Privacy Policy
Solo CRM - Client Tracker · Effective 3 November 2026
Introduction
This policy explains how Solo CRM ("we", "the app") handles information. It applies to the iOS and Android apps.
Data you enter
Client names, phone numbers, emails, companies, addresses, notes, tags, tasks, interaction logs and optional profile photos are stored in a local database on your device. We never receive them and have no access to them. Deleting the app deletes this data from the device.
Permissions
- Contacts: optional, only to import clients you choose. Contact data is not uploaded anywhere.
- Notifications: for task reminders you schedule. They are scheduled on the device.
- Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint or PIN: optional app lock, handled by your device. Biometric data never reaches the app or us.
- Camera and photos: optional, only if you add a client photo.
- Phone (Android): optional, to start a call from a client card.
- Internet (Android): for Google Play billing and Firebase, if enabled.
Third-party services
- Apple App Store / Google Play: process your subscription purchase and payment under their own terms and privacy policies. We receive no payment details.
- Google Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics (Android only): anonymous crash reports and usage statistics (device model, OS version, app version, which screens are used). They never include your client data. You can turn crash reporting and usage analytics off in the app Settings.
- Links you open: if you tap a WhatsApp, phone, email or maps action on a client card, the related app opens with that number or address. We do not see it.
The iPhone app contains no analytics, crash reporting, advertising or tracking code and makes no network requests of its own.
Backups and export
You can create a backup file or export CSV/JSON from the app. The file goes where you save or share it. We never receive it.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Your rights
We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing to access, correct or delete on our side. On Android you can switch off analytics and crash reporting in Settings. Under the GDPR you may contact us or your data protection authority with any request or complaint.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
